Drop a photo and get a JPG under 50 KB — the usual limit for application photos.

Settings
Metadata (EXIF, GPS) is always removed. Leave width and height empty to keep the original size. Each file row has crop and favicon-pack buttons; a rename pattern uses {n} for a number and {name} for the original name.
