About Me
I spent years on the other side of the microscope — running cultures, reading plates, validating molecular assays — and every shift I used software that clearly hadn't been designed by anyone who had done the job. Eventually I stopped complaining about it and learned to build it. Now I build software for a living: AI-powered products, automation that runs unattended, and web apps — Python, TypeScript, Next.js and FastAPI, designed and shipped end to end. Ten of them so far, from social-media autopilots and a WhatsApp co-pilot to a browser-based video editor and clinical imaging tools. The lab years are still an advantage: when a project touches diagnostics, I already speak the language.

Skills
💻 Software development. Python and TypeScript as first languages, with Next.js and React on the front end and FastAPI, Node.js and PostgreSQL behind it. I build complete products — schema to API to interface to deployment — rather than scripts that only run on my machine.
🤖 AI development. Production LLM pipelines with structured-output contracts, schema validation and multi-provider failover, so a system keeps working when one model is unavailable. Prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, model evaluation and prompt-injection defence — applied to content generation, messaging assistants, voice and clinical reporting alike.
⚙️ Automation. Systems that run without me: scheduled publishing pipelines, auto-replying messaging bots, and browser automation that removes repetitive click-work from line-of-business software — each logging exactly what it did.
🧪 Laboratory science. Bacteriology, mycobacteriology and mycology on automated platforms; molecular diagnostics across PCR, qPCR and DNA/RNA extraction; serology and immunoassay work including ELISA. Quality control is the habit underneath all of it: Levey-Jennings charting, Westgard rules and instrument performance I actually trust.
🤝 Translation between the two worlds. Years of on-site support, troubleshooting and CME training taught me to explain a complicated system to the person who has to use it at 3 a.m. — which is, increasingly, what good software design turns out to be.

Summary
Yati Bhardwaj
Hi! 👋 I'm a self-taught software developer. I build AI-powered products, automation and web apps end to end — autopilots that write, render and publish social video on a schedule, a WhatsApp co-pilot that replies in your own voice, a video editor that runs entirely in the browser, and on the clinical side a DICOM workstation and an EEG screening workbench. 🔬 Before software I spent four years in diagnostics: an Application Specialist in Microbiology with bioMérieux supporting labs across Madhya Pradesh, where I installed and maintained VITEK 2 Compact, BacT/ALERT 3D and Virtuo and BioFire FilmArray systems, ran on-site and remote troubleshooting and delivered CME training — and before that, hospital bench work in bacteriology, mycobacteriology and molecular diagnostics. 🚀 That background is why the products I build tend to fit the way people actually work.

Expertise
Two disciplines, one job. I build software — AI products, automation and web apps — and I came to it from years of advanced equipment operation, microbial identification and molecular diagnostics. Below: what I build, and the laboratory expertise that sits alongside it.

AI PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
I build production LLM systems, not demos: structured-output contracts with schema validation and repair, retrieval-augmented generation, model evaluation and quality gating, and multi-provider failover so a pipeline survives an outage upstream. It powers content generation, messaging assistants, voice and clinical reporting — and every inbound message is treated as untrusted, so instructions hidden in user content cannot hijack a reply.

FULL-STACK WEB DEVELOPMENT
Python and TypeScript end to end — Next.js and React on the front, FastAPI, Node.js and PostgreSQL behind, Docker and CI to ship it. Built and deployed solo: a video editor that runs entirely in the browser with multi-track timeline and 4K export, a self-hosted media downloader, and a DICOM workstation that decodes a whole examination client-side.

AUTOMATION & INTEGRATIONS
Systems that keep running when nobody is watching: scheduled publishing pipelines across Instagram and YouTube, auto-replying messaging bots, and Selenium browser automation that takes the repetitive click-work out of line-of-business software — batch-processing worklists from a CSV, isolating failures so one bad record never halts a run, and logging exactly what happened.

BACTERIOLOGY
I possess extensive experience in Bacteriology, with skills ranging from Advanced Equipment Operation, Automated Blood Culture Systems, Routine Bacteriological Culture, Microorganism Identification, and Antibiotic Sensitivity Testing to Microscopy Skills. I am proficient in various Staining techniques in Bacteriology and Maintenance of ATCC Strains.

SEROLOGY
My expertise in Serology includes performing Immunological Tests,ELISA,Agglutination Tests, Flocculation Tests, Latex Agglutination Tests, and advanced Equipment Operation in Serology. I have a deep Knowledge of Disease Identification, which is crucial for accurate diagnostics.

MOLECULAR BIOLOGY & PCR
I am adept in COVID-19 Testing, RT PCR Extraction, and RT PCR Testing. Additionally, I am proficient in using FilmArray for Nested Multiplex PCR.

MYCOLOGY
In a Mycology lab, I bring extensive experience in fungus cultivation and identification, employing a range of advanced staining techniques, including KOH, Lactophenol Cotton Blue, and Calcofluor stain. I am proficient in utilising MALDI-TOF for precise mould identification and adept in various microscopy techniques for detailed fungal analysis.

IMMUNOLOGY
I have substantial experience in Immunology, conducting Allergy and Immunology Tests, Immunological Tests with Indirect Immunofluorescence (IFA), and Line Immunoassay (LIA) Tests. I am proficient in a variety of Specific Immunological Tests and Automated Instruments for ANA and ANCA, complemented by my expertise in Immunofluorescence Microscopy.

MYCOBACTERIOLOGY
In Mycobacteriology, I am proficient in AFB Culture and Drug Susceptibility Testing for TB, HAINS Tests for TB Drugs, and Identification of MOTT, including using MALDI TOF. My skills also extend to the Decontamination of Nonsterile Samples, Quality Control Maintenance, and Independent Handling of Mycobacteriology.

QUALITY ASSURANCE & CONTROL
My experience in Quality Assurance and Control includes Participation in Audits, creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), generating Instrument Working Instructions, and Turnaround Time (TAT) Report Generation. I am also skilled in running Quality Control across various Laboratory Departments and conducting External Quality Control (EQC) programs.
